O
my mind,
repeat "vaheguru, vaheguru"
or simply hold awareness of GOD,
"GOD is watching you,
you are watching GOD."
O my mind,
sing the songs of the Guru,
recite the poetry of Nanak.
Especially when you are worrying,
especially when you are acting desperate and fearful,
absolutely when you are feeling grandiose,
and for sure,
when you are angry and jumping to conclusions,
please remember GOD, O my mind.
And it is good to ask GOD to help with
planning and organizing,
and even cataloging and systematizing.
GOD is great at facilitating recall,
improving calculations,
and stimulating vision and awareness and creativity.
GOD can heighten your sense perceptions,
and clean up your circuits.
O my mind,
you are like an airplane without a mechanic,
and without a pilot as well,
without GOD.
Meditate on the Absolute Reality,
the ALL THAT IS,
the incomprehensible ONE,
Creator and Creation,
and then some,
the whole kit and caboodle,
GOD!
