The
only story that matters
is the one we watch on Death Day.
On that day we will see what really happened,
not the stories
and rationalizations
and lies we told to others and ourselves.
On Death Day,
our life will flash before our eyes
and it will be a completely True story,
and there will be no evasion possible.
We may be living in pleasant situations,
surrounded by nice people.
But if we bought that house
in that town
to flee from unresolved dramas,
to escape responsibility,
to forget things that we should remember,
to avoid healing,
or to make someone suffer,
then that is the Truth
we will see on Death Day.
Meanwhile just because we are sweating and groaning,
doesn't mean we aren't doing exactly what GOD Wills.
GOD pushes us to grow
and GOD blesses and rewards us too.
But if we are meant to be warriors
out battling evil,
then a life avoiding conflict,
peacefully minding our own business,
just isn't going to compute
on Death Day.
And if Creator meant for us to be inspirational artists
and we choose to become accountants instead,
for security,
to please our parents,
to avoid being thought odd,
to fit in,
or to conform,
that will be a big issue on Death Day.
On Death Day there will be nothing left
except what really happened.
We might think we are watching TV
and what is the harm in that?
On Death Day we will simply
have to face
the facts
that we watched TV
night after night after night after night.
It won't matter what show we were watching
because this life
in truth,
what we may find that we actually did
was watch TV,
rather than doing something concrete,
something more important.
On Death Day,
we awaken
if we haven't before
and we face the Truth, no kidding.
On Death Day,
Truth is all that matters,
all that is remembered.
All hype and jive
fall away,
and you can't deny your life purpose
and you can't deny your own actions.
We are all here to give and receive LOVE.
We strive to leave this planet
better than we found it.
We all must learn to not cling to,
and learn to not run away,
from life.
Beyond that we each have a distinct purpose,
and it is only when we live it
that we are truly happy, even in our struggles.
And Death Day
becomes enjoyable and easy,
arriving at just the right moment.
Truth will be our greatest friend and ally
on our Death Day.
Truth is ALL THERE REALLY IS now too.
Or as Sikhs say,
GOD is Truth.
