The Kamalla Rose Kaur Column
Quick Changes
Kamalla Rose Kaur Mon June 25

The Age of Conquest seems to have gone on for a very long time,
but then again, what is a few thousand years in this universe?
Still by now most people
seem to believe that Baboon Troop dynamics
are normal and natural
for humanity.

SAT SIRI AKAL!

What human on Earth
does not have the scars
and screams of his and her ancestors
in the blood?
What people on Earth have NOT been conquered?
Most cultures have been conquered repeatedly.
Most civilizations have played the conqueror as well.
Having white skin
means feeling guilty and shameful about your own people,
because white-supremacy,
that Aryan race mythos,
has conquered and enslaved and slaughtered
more people than any other group.

Now, imagine every human power structure on Earth
suddenly half full of women.
The Baboon Troop doesn't work
when the harem just yawns
and walks away from the Alpha Ape.
When the secretary pool quits
and starts their own company,
and when 20 housewives arrive,
and pack their abused Sister and her children up
and move them all to safety,
right in front of her husband,
what is the Baboon Troop to do?

And since Sikh men have dominated the panj piare for centuries
it is appropriate
if women choose to create a few specially all women panj piare
for the specific purpose of forgiveness.
This panj piare can invite men to come before them
and confess their weaknesses
and receive redirection and atonement
at the feet of the Guru.
This can all be done extremely discreetly and privately, you understand.

Of course having every good man on Earth
sincerely asking the women around him to claim equal authority
is an exciting possibility too!
Even begging women to participate
has a certain romantic appeal for many women!
Imagine how women feel about Brothers who actually help women?

What if half of every panj piare
suddenly is a female majority?
What if Sikh men start asking Sikh Sisters
to stand as Khalsa this week?

Nobody in this World would believe it, of course.
So far human men haven't ever fought hard for women's equality.

I wonder how fast Sikhs can empower Sikh women,
in front of the World audience?

But Sisters, truly, no permission needs to be asked for or granted
for women to upset the Baboon Troop,
easily and effortlessly,
with or without the help of men.
