It is really unfortunate that Yogi Bhajan has achieved so much influence that he has been accepted as a Sikh leader, when he is in fact a leader of a cult.

The control he has over his followers is unimaginable. As someone who has met Yogi Bhajan on several occasions and been a witness to his hypocrisy, I would really like to thank Kamalla Rose Kaur for writing her article ('Lapis, Carnelian and Jade', Feb.18).

I have read many of the articles posted on Rick Ross’s website, and there is no doubt in my mind that 3HO and their leader have not been great Sikhs. Even though there may have been people that benefited from the 3HO organization, that does not excuse their leader for twisting Sikhi into whatever he believes it to be, and it does not give them an excuse for all the misconduct that they are accused of.

It would be great if we could receive a reply to Kamalla Rose Kaur’s article by one of Yogi Bhajan’s followers.
